Police on Friday afternoon are investigating a homicide in San Jose.
Dispatch audio revealed that officers were responding to reports of someone breaking into a home in the 3200 block of Montecito Drive around 1:30 p.m and shortly after, sources confired an 84-year-old man was found dead inside the home.
“Oh, that’s terrible … I’ve never heard of anything going on as far as this neighborhood,” said neighbor Linda.
Authorities searched both the neighborhood and a nearby park but there is still no word on any potential suspects.
No other information was immediately available.
