Palo Alto police are continuing to negotiate a peaceful surrender with with a suspected domestic violence suspect.
The man may be armed with a handgun, according to police. He is inside his home on the 300 block of Tennessee Lane.
Police said no one else is inside the home and the female victim is safe with officer.
No other information was immediately available.
