Gift Order Arrives Late, But Refund Doesn't Come at All

NBC Bay Area responds to a school principal in Campbell who ordered gifts online for her staff, but the items did not arrive on the date promised. She canceled the order but didn’t get a refund. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
