With winds picking up communities everywhere are preparing as they brace for possible fires and power outages, especially those who live near the Saddleridge Fire. The winds have already caused damage in some areas. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019.
