A 7 year-old boy was hurt when someone fired a shot through the ceiling of a Koreatown apartment building and the bullet struck him, authorities said Monday.
It happened at 8:37 p.m. Sunday at 2927 Francis Avenue, according to a dispatcher in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The boy was taken to a hospital with stable vital signs, she said.Â
No suspect information was immediately available.
