Berkeley fire crews on Tuesday responded to the scene of a vehicle that crashed through a barrier and was hanging over the edge of a parking structure.
Video captured a scene where a vehicle’s front wheels were hanging over the edge of a second-story parking area in the 2900 block of Regent Street. It appeared the vehicle had somehow crashed through a protective wall.
The circumstances of the incident were unclear.
