The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco will soon host performances of The Nutcracker.
But the performers staging the classic may be a bigger focus than the performance itself. The shows will be staged by the Grand Kyiv Ballet, a touring group of dancers who are primarily from Ukraine.
