UC warns Trump funding cuts could impact entire 10-campus system: 'The risks are very real'

UC President James B. Milliken warned state lawmakers of a “distinct possibility” of billions more in federal funding losses across the UC system after the more than $500 million funding cuts at UCLA and a $1.2-billion fine proposed by the government.
