Trans athlete wins high jump event at CIF track and field finals

Law enforcement was responding to an emergency report Saturday of multiple officers down in Baldwin Park, authorities said.

The incident was reported in the area of 4200 Filhurst Avenue, according to CHP.

It’s unclear how many officers were involved.
