Tensions have cooled Saturday evening after protests in Portland erupted in violence between extreme left and right wing groups after The Proud Boys organized a much-anticipated and non-permitted rally on the city’s waterfront. Over 1,000 police officers activated in an attempt to keep the protesters and anti-protesters apart. Police said at least 13 people were arrested and as many as six were injured. Marianne Favro reports.
