Schools review security protocols in wake of Minneapolis mass shooting

Wednesday’s deadly mass shooting in Minneapolis has rattled nerves at churches and schools across the country.

Many campuses are now double-checking their security protocols.

In San Jose, Jonathan Valverde is one of two officers assigned to the police department’s School Liaison Unit. His job is to make sure schools are ready if students and teachers find themselves in an emergency situation.
