The California Highway Patrol early Thursday issued an endangered missing advisory on a 3-year-old girl reported missing out of Alameda County.
The girl, Zaida Carranza Gomez, was last seen April 5 at 159th Avenue and Liberty Street in San Leandro, the CHP said. Authorities believe she was a passenger in a 2001-2004 gray Ford Crown Victoria with an unknown license plate.
The advisory lists a suspect as Siokifi Pulu, but it does not indicate if he is related to the girl or whether or not he is suspected of abducting her.
Pulu is described as 31 years old and 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The CHP said if anyone sees Zaida or the suspect, they should call 911.
