San Jose commemorated World AIDS day Tuesday with a candlelight vigil at City Hall, and a memorial quilt to recognize those who’ve died due to HIV-related illnesses. The HIV epidemic has stabilized in Santa Clara County in the last 15 years, according to public health officials.
