San Jose police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left a suspect dead Sunday.
According to police, the shooting happened near Cataldi Park around 3:25 p.m. Officers were in the area investigating a stabbing when an officer-involved shooting occurred. It’s unclear what lead up to the shooting.
SJPD said the suspect died. No officers were injured in the shooting.
SJPD said it plans to release more information about the investigation on Monday.
