San Jose 4th of July event pivots to drone show when fireworks fell through

The city of Livermore is recognizing our country’s 249th year of independence with a display of the warbirds that have helped preserved that freedom.

A P51 Mustang and B25 Bomber, both crucial during World War II will be on display Friday during the city’s Fourth of July celebration at the Livermore Municipal Airport.

This is the second year in a row Livermore has hosted this kind of celebration. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
