Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were in pursuit of a driver in the Los Angeles area Tuesday night.
The driver of a dark colored SUV was seen driving around the USC area.
At least one passenger was seen exiting the pursuit vehicle near the 110 Freeway and Exposition Boulevard.
The SUV continued with the headlights off until the pursuit came to an end at 39th Street and Broadway where the driver was arrested.
No further details were immediately available.
