Mayor Bass appoints Mitch Kamin as her third chief of staff in three years

Kamin, a lawyer, is taking charge of Bass’ office as the Trump administration continues its immigration crackdown in Los Angeles. During Trump’s first term, he represented the city in a lawsuit against the Department of Justice.
