The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the death of a man after a physical fight broke out at a Halloween party in La Puente early Sunday.
Deputies responded to a call of an assault on 3rd Avenue near Wilton Place around 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, authorities learned that the victim and suspect were involved in a physical altercation.
“The physical altercation rendered the victim unconscious”, said LASD.
Details on what led to the fight are still under investigation. Information on the suspect has not been released.
