Leases for VA land are millions of dollars under market value, Trump administration says

UCLA, a private school and a parking company are collectively paying about $2.3 million a year to lease land with a market value of more than $48 million on the VA’s West Los Angeles campus, the Trump administration concluded in a report to Congress.
