L.A. County chief executive got $2-million settlement after Measure G fallout, records say

Fesia Davenport, L.A. County’s chief executive, received a seven-figure payout due to professional fallout from a voter-approved ballot measure that will soon make her job obsolete, according to a letter she wrote to the county’s top lawyer that was released Tuesday.
