Emergency crews are responding Friday afternoon to a reported small plane crash in the South Bay.
The incident was reported at 2:25 p.m. near Mount Hamilton, according to the Santa Clara County Fire Department.
Cal Fire also confirms some of its water and rescue resources were also en route to the incident reported seven miles east of Mount Hamilton.
At around 3:20 p.m., aerial coverage from NBC Bay Area’s SkyRanger appeared to show emergency crews searching for the reported incident.
Minutes later ground crews were seen investigating an area where debris and what appeared to be wreckage was found.
Cal Fire later confirmed to NBC Bay Area the crash site was found in the Arroyo del Valle area and authorities were working to determine if there were any injuries related to the incident.
