Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee on Tuesday will deliver her first State of the City address.
Lee is expected to talk about the challenges and progress in public safety and the local economy.
Lee, who took office in May to replace Sheng Thao after a recall election, is scheduled to deliver her speech at 3:30 p.m. in City Council chambers.
