A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle during a hit-and-run collision in Oakland Friday afternoon, according to police.
The collision happened around 3:20 p.m. along the 1800 block of 98th Avenue, police said.
The vehicle involved was described as a newer white Nissan Maxima with damage to its passenger side windshield, police said.
No additional information was immediately available.
