A man was arrested in 2017 for animal cruelty and neglect. He was found in possession of 162 rabbits in his motor home. Now, this adoption center in Westminster is hoping to find homes for these rescued rabbits. Vikki Vargas reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on August 14, 2018.
