Vigil honors man who died while fleeing immigration raid at SoCal Home Depot

Hundreds gathered in Monrovia Friday night at a vigil for Carlos Roberto Montoya, who was struck and killed by an SUV while trying to flee U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
