Vandals paint anti-LGBTQ+ graffiti outside Long Beach Pride headquarters

Homicide detectives are investigating after a boy died Sunday in Lancaster, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff’s deputies were called around 8 a.m. to the 44000 block of Beech Avenue following a report of a child not breathing. Firefighter personnel were also called to the scene and pronounced the child dead.

It’s unclear how the child died.

Law enforcement did not release details about the boy, such as his name and age.
