Vallejo police and SWAT are searching for an armed felony suspect and have made evacuation and shelter-in-place orders within the affected area, officials said.
The affect area is between Almond Avenue and Peach Street, and Holly Street and Willow Street.
Police received the first call around 2:15 p.m. and the search began 45 minutes later.
No other information was immediately available.
