The Union City Police Department is investigating a shooting involving a Fremont patrol officer.
It all began when an officer began chasing a vehicle believed to be involved in a theft at a Sephora store.
The officer began pursuing the vehicle until they got to a dead end on Balmoral Street in which the officer fired shots at the vehicle.
Two suspects were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries and a third suspect was taken into custody.
