Trump's use of National Guard during L.A. immigration protests is illegal, judge rules

A bird problem on the Peninsula is turning into a very expensive headache.

Foster City leaders are trying to solve a problem with hundreds of geese and the waste they leave behind.

The city plans to use drones, dogs and other remote controlled devices after the city council approved spending nearly $430,000 to hire an outside wildlife management firm to deal with the problem.
