A judge has put off deciding whether to drop serial rape charges in the case of Grant Robicheaux, a doctor who had appeared on reality TV, and his girlfriend. Dist. Atty. Todd Spitzer and his predecessor, Tony Rackauckas, have clashed over the case from the beginning.
