Numerous streets will be closed Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 to accommodate the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval, scheduled for Oct. 31 and Nov. 1
The event will close a one-mile portion of Santa Monica Blvd. between N. Doheny Dr. and La Cienega Blvd.
