A popular event that helps unite Chinatown with surrounding neighborhoods is returning in San Francisco.
Chinatown Night Out is back Wednesday night for its 11th year. Festivities begin at 4 p.m.
Over the past decade, many people say the event has been a huge help in bridging the gap with other communities.
