Arcadia police requested the public’s help Wednesday in identifying additional potential victims of sexual abuse involving a tutor.
The tutor, identified as Tsungyu Chien, also known as Arnold Chien, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with several counts related to the sexual abuse of a minor.
Chien is currently under police-ordered house arrest, according to police. On November 3, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed three charges against Chien.
According to authorities, due to Chien’s work as a tutor and his possible contact with minors, they are seeking to determine if there are other victims.
