Police in Oakland were investigating a reported fatal shooting near Frank Ogawa Plaza early Tuesday morning.
The shooting reportedly occurred in the area of 16th Street and San Pablo Avenue at around 4 a.m.
Video footage from the scene shows police surrounding a silver sedan believed to be involved in the shooting.
No other details were immediately available.
