Authorities were searching for four suspects connected to a deadly stabbing in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday.
Officers responded to the stabbing around 5:30 p.m. at the corner of Wilshire and Grand Avenue.
The Los Angeles Police Department says surveillance video shows the victim and at least one suspect involved in a verbal confrontation outside SORO cafe. A group of four then came back to the area and stabbed the man in his 20s at least once, police said.
The bloodied victim walked up to a bystander to call the police for help, according to the LAPD. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
It’s unclear if the two parties had any relation or knew each other.
No arrests were made. The LAPD is urging anyone with information on the stabbing to contact police.
