PG&E to Open Community Resource Centers Throughout Bay Area

As a precautionary measure, PG&E is turning off power to roughly 800,000 customers across Northern and Central California this week due to high fire danger.

To support customers in impacted areas, PG&E will open community resource centers throughout the Bay Area beginning Wednesday at 8 a.m.

The centers will remain open during daylight hours only and will provide bottled water, electronic device charging, air-conditioned seating and restrooms.
