Pair of Earthquakes Strike Near Morgan Hill: USGS

A preliminary 3.7 magnitude earthquake struck in the South Bay Tuesday morning and was followed by a 3.6 magnitude aftershock about a minute later, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quakes, centered near Morgan Hill, struck at 6:58 and 6:59 a.m. and could be felt in San Jose and across much of the South Bay.

No other information was immediately available. Updates to come.
