Officials don't see foul play in hanging death of Black man in Victorville, but family has questions

Malcolm Harsch, 38, was found hanging from a tree in Victorville on May 31. Authorities say foul play is not suspected in his death, but his family said they find it hard to accept his death was a suicide.
