At a ceremony in Huntington Beach on Monday, June 3, Michelin Guide announced it’s first-ever California edition star recipients. The Guide awarded Orange County’s Carlos Salgado’s Taco Maria with a one-star distinction for his Alta-California cuisine. Felicidades to Chef Salgado and the Taco Maria crew. Keep up the desmadre! Hana Re in Costa Mesa also received one star. …
