NBC Bay Area responds to a South Bay man who spotted a problem with a parking spot. Mineta San Jose International Airport’s hotline quoted $22 a day for long-term parking, but when he exited the SJC lot, he had been charged $30 a day. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura stepped in.
