Former U.S. marshal from Brea convicted of framing ex-girlfriend in 'rape fantasy' scheme

Ian R. Diaz, 44, was convicted of conspiracy to commit cyberstalking, cyberstalking perjury and obstruction of justice, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
