All northbound lanes on Highway 101 near Brokaw Road in San Jose are shut down Tuesday after a fatal crash, the California Highway patrol said.
The crash was reported around 9:45 p.m. and it involved a person who was ejected from their car and died, the CHP said.
No additional information was immediately available.
