Eaton Fire victim's house has asbestos. She still can't get insurance to pay for temporary housing

With temperatures expected to rise this week and residents heading to the beach to cool off, the Los Angeles County Health Department warned the public on Monday to avoid ocean waters at several Los Angeles County beaches due to high bacteria levels.
