A dog that went missing during the Southern California fires on Thursday, Oct. 10 was found by NBC photographer Alex Vasquez and returned to its owner. The dog was found hiding near a courthouse, but was still wearing a color that contained its owner’s information. Vasquez contacted the owner and returned the dog to her.
