San Francisco is standing with its sister city Paris by holding a free concert Monday to commemorate the Notre Dame Cathedral after a devastating fire earlier this month. The 6 p.m. concert will be held at Grace Cathedral and will feature local performers such as the San Francisco Symphony and the San Francisco Opera.
