Comedian Perry Kurtz killed in L.A. hit-and-run, teenager arrested

Perry Kurtz, a comedian featured on “America’s Got Talent” and “The Late Late Show with James Corden” died after being struck by a car in a hit-and-run in the Tarzana area.
