San Jose-based Broadcom co-founder, billionaire Henry Nicholas III, was arrested after police found heroin, cocaine, meth and other drugs in his Las Vegas hotel room Thursday.

According to Las Vegas Police, officers responded to a resort on Las Vegas Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. on August 7 after hotel security had detained two people for contraband in a room. After investigation, police arrested Nicholas, 59, and a woman named Ashley Fargo for trafficking heroin, meth, cocaine and ecstasy.

Las Vegas police also released their mugshots.

According to the LA Times, both have since been released from custody. The newspaper reported that Nicholas stepped down as chief executive of Broadcom in 2003 and has a fortune of $3.1 billion. He was indicted in 2008 on charges of providing narcotics to friends and business associates.

According to TMZ, Nicholas was staying at the Encore, and when he couldn’t get into his room, security assisted him and found Fargo passed out with a semi-deflated balloon in her mouth.
