An amber alert that was issued on behalf of the Long Beach Police Department was canceled Tuesday evening after a missing child was located in Long Beach.
Authorities had initially said 4-year-old Justin Chan was taken in Long Beach at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when someone took the car belonging to a delivery driver. And the boy was inside the car at the time.
A couple of hours later, the car in which the 4-year-old riding was found abandoned near the Pike outlets.
Authorities said Justin reunited with his parents.
